DISCOUNTER’S POOL AND SPA WAREHOUSE ONLINE & IN-STORE REFUNDS, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

Return Type Policy

Returns made within 14 days of receiving the item(s)

  • Are eligible for a full refund to the original method of payment.

Returns made past 14 days of receiving the item(s)

  • Are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(s)

  • Further charges may apply.
  • Subject to the same exceptions as the return policy.

Damaged or defective items require further investigation

  • Option 1: Return to your closest retailer for review.
  • Option 2: Contact our customer service team here for review.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned unused, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

Please note: Initial shipping charges are not included in the refund amount upon returning the item(s). Damaged or defective items require further investigation. Please bring the item to your closest retailer for review or contact our customer service team for resolution.

 

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for refunds/returns. See below, the list of final sale items:

  • Custom Products: Custom liners/Custom safety cover/Custom spa cover/Inground pool kit(s). Once a custom item has begun production, we cannot cancel/refund the order.
  • Pools/Spas/Hot Tubs are ineligible for a refund/return once shipped.
  • Water Care - All chemicals & reagents, opened or factory sealed, will not be eligible for a return or refund.
  • Any opened products that have come into contact with water.

Please note:

  • If items being returned is not in conjuction with a claim (warranty or damage), then return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM TO ONE OF OUR RETAIL STORES?

Great! Here’s what you need for a smooth return process:

  • Your Discounter’s Pool and Spa Warehouse order e-Receipt. Either the printed copy or mobile device display will work.
  • The unused item in its original packaging with all paperwork, parts & accessories.
  • Photo ID that matches the ship to/Bill to address

***Upon returning your item to one of our locations, you may be required to provide your name, order number, telephone number, and/or postal code for a return or exchange transaction.***

RETURNS TO OUR WAREHOUSE

Please read the below criteria and follow the instructions to begin a return to our warehouse.

  • All return shipping fees must be prepaid by the customer. Discounter’s Pool and Spa Warehouse is not liable for any return shipping costs.
  • In-person returns at our warehouse will not be accepted.
  • The refund can be expected back on your original form of payment within 14 days of us receiving the item(s) at our warehouse in good condition.
  • Final sale and custom items are excluded
  • If items being returned is not in conjuction with a claim (warranty or damage), then return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS

If you have received the wrong item(s) due to a shipping error, we can offer two solutions.

  1. Schedule a courier pick up for the product to be returned to our distribution center, where we will then ship out the correct product. Click here to begin this process.
  2. You can reach out to the closest local branch to have an in-store associate verify their stock of the correct item. If available, they can arrange for a direct swap to be done in-store.

Please Note: If the incorrect item has been opened, is in bad shape, or has been damaged in any way, an exchange will not be applicable.

 

REFUND POLICY

Customers are eligible for full refunds prior to order ship date excluding final sale items. Customers wishing to switch from delivery to free store pick-up are eligible for refunded shipping charges. As per our pricing policy, we guarantee competitor price matching. Please refer to the pricing policy for more details.

All refund requests must be made through this form. Damage or defective items may be eligible for refunds or replacement post shipment.

Discounters Pool & Spa Warehouse reserves the right to change this Return Policy without notice to its customers and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of such changes.
