1. By participating in Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse's Hot tub event, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms & Conditions for a discount to be valid
2. Our Hot tub event offer is only valid on orders placed and paid in full between April 20th and 30th, 2023. Offer excludes floor model hot tubs.
3. Our Hot tub event offer is only valid on hot tubs purchased at retail value (the price listed online).
4. Our Hot tub event offer is only applicable to Ontario residents and is only for hot tubs that will stay within Ontario. Hot tubs will only be shipped within our existing shipping radius below.
5. The Hot tub discount can only be combined with discounts from our "Hot Tub Buying Made Easy Program". HST will apply to all items purchased using our "Hot Tub Buying Made Easy Program".
6. Offer only valid during event period, no rain checks are available. Event discounts cannot be applied to online orders previously placed with discounterspoolandspa.com. Event discount cannot be applied to in-store orders previously placed at Discounter’s Pool and Spa Warehouse.
7. Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of participating in this event, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected emails, text messages or other communications. Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the event.
9. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Canadian law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse reserves the right to discontinue the event at any time.
