Contactless Store Pickup

We’ve made pool and spa shopping easier than ever! Either select HOME DELIVERY at checkout, or for those of you close to our store locations, we are pleased to offer CONTACTLESS STORE PICKUP.

 
Order online and save on shipping by selecting the Pickup In-Store option during checkout. Once you receive confirmation that your order is ready, drive over to your local store, and we will walk your order right out to your car in a safe and efficient manner!

 

 Contactless Store Pickup is easy as 1-2-3!

 

  • PLAN to visit your chosen location within 14 days of receiving confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.

 

  • CALL the branch phone number once you arrive to provide your order number and full name to our Associate. In the case of very large purchases, once on site you may be asked to drive your vehicle to our receiving area, in order to facilitate the delivery of your purchase(s) to your vehicle. 

 

  • WAIT in your vehicle while our Associate retrieves your items and comes out to your vehicle to meet you. Once our Associate is curbside with your items, please show your Government ID and Pickup Confirmation Notice to our Associate through your car window.  


Should you choose Contactless Store Pickup, please note the following:

 

  • CONTACTLESS STORE PICKUP is only valid for orders/customers that have received a “Store Pickup Notification”, and each order is specific to the location you select during checkout.

 

  • You may be notified of separate shipments, if you have more than one item in your order.

 

  • Please ensure you have with you Government ID*, and your confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup, either on your phone or printed. *At this time, and for your protection, merchandise can only be released to the customer who placed the order, thank you for your understanding.

 

  • Your vehicle must be able to accommodate the item(s) in its original packaging. In the case of very large equipment, once on site, you may be asked to drive your vehicle to our receiving area, in order to facilitate the delivery of your purchase(s) to your vehicle.

 

  • For select products only, you can view the products that qualify through the individual product information pages. Product Exclusions are (but are not limited to): special order products, reconditioned products, special offers with limited inventory, or products that are exclusively available for direct-to-home delivery, etc.

received lately that you might be helpful

 

Can the Coronavirus be spread in my pool or spa?

Many of you have reached out with concerns about your ability to service and maintain your pool or spa during this time of uncertainty. According to the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), there is no evidence that the Coronavirus can be spread to humans through the use of properly maintained and sanitized pools or spas.  Proper operation, maintenance, and sanitation should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.  Proper pool and spa maintenance is necessary to ensure pool water does not succumb to algae and bacteria growth that can create additional health challenges.

 

What are your store hours now that you've reopened?

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
Saturdays: 9am to 4pm
Sundays: 10am to 4pm

 

Will you refill my Liquid Chlorine containers now that you've reopened?

Yes!

 

Will you honour the Liquid Chlorine Refill Card now that you've reopened?

Yes!

 

Will you be offering your free water testing service now that you've reopened?

Yes!  Please note that results will only be emailed to customers, we will not be able to process your water samples while you wait.

 

Will you be accepting cash now that you've reopened?

Yes.

 

When will you be having your big spring sale? Did I miss it?

Every year in late April we have traditionally held our big CLOSED DOOR EVENT, our best prices for pool supplies to get spring started right. COVID-19 has really changed how we are doing business and we didn't think we could guarantee a safe environment in our stores for both you and our associates if we continued with our usual big spring sale as we always have.

This year only, we will replace our very popular spring CLOSED DOOR EVENT with weekly cyber deals! Our weekly Seize the Summer cyber sales event will be running each weekend until summer (finally!) arrives because we want to make sure you're ready to go when the weather finally breaks.
